I'm lacing up for A Lust for Life!
Throughout October, I’ll be lacing up and completing 150km and raising vital funds to support A Lust For Life’s youth mental health education programmes.
I’ve chosen to do this because I believe that mental health education is a right, not a privilege and that every young person deserves the tools to mind their mental health and build resilience for life. The funds I raise will go directly towards empowering the next generation to look after themselves and each other.
It won’t be easy, but every kilometre and every donation will make a real difference.
