On 18th July, the A Lust For Life tribe will abseil down the iconic cliffs of Dalkey Quarry, taking on a challenge that’s as exhilarating as it is meaningful. This isn’t just about heights or harnesses. It’s about courage, connection, and showing up for young people across Ireland.

By taking part, you’ll be helping fund A Lust For Life’s life-changing mental health education programmes in primary and secondary schools nationwide, giving young people the tools they need to understand their emotions, build resilience, and know they’re not alone.

Whether you’re a seasoned thrill-seeker or someone who’s never looked over the edge before, this is a challenge that meets you where you are. Fully supported by expert instructors, you’ll descend safely while pushing past comfort zones and proving to yourself just how capable you really are.
