Studies show that children can thrive when they have "one good adult" looking after them. And now, children can nominate their grown up to take on 5km on their behalf! By taking part, you are showing up for the child that nominated you and promising that you are in their corner - no matter what!

Lace Up for A Lust for Life

Tie those laces and hit the ground! Lace Up for A Lust for Life invites you to move your way through the month covering 100km, raising vital funds to support young people’s mental wellbeing. Walk, run, roll or dance it out. Every kilometre fuels calmer minds and brighter days for children across Ireland.
