The Daily 50

Take on The Daily 50 for A Lust for Life and feel stronger from the inside out. Choose your challenge - 50 squats, 50 push-ups, 50 sit-ups, or 50 burpees - every day in March – and move with purpose for youth mental wellbeing. One month, fifty reps a day, a whole lot of impact for young people across Ireland.
