Lace Up for A Lust for Life: 150km in October

My Activity Tracking

My target 150 kms

I'm lacing up for A Lust for Life!

Throughout October, I’ll be lacing up and completing 150km, whether it’s walking, running, jogging, or cycling, and raising vital funds to support A Lust For Life’s youth mental health education programmes.

I’ve chosen to do this because I believe that mental health education is a right, not a privilege and that every young person deserves the tools to mind their mental health and build resilience for life. The funds I raise will go directly towards empowering the next generation to look after themselves and each other.

It won’t be easy, but every kilometre and every donation will make a real difference.
If you can, please support me by donating.

Fundraising for Youth Mental Health

Monday 22nd Sep
This one is close to mine and my team mate Tricia’s hearts , I believe it is so important to work with Children to build good skills for life . To help them feel they are not alone. I want to do this in Honor of my brillant Nanny Kathy Whelan from Clonegal, who we just lost . She loved Children so much and has instilled all the goodness in all of the family and anyone who were lucky to know her x let’s walk for every young person in Ireland to help them get the best building blocks for their mental health and let them know they do matter

Thank you to my Sponsors
