Rising up for youth mental health!
This year I’m donating my 49th(!!) Birthday to support A Lust for Life -- a ground-breaking Irish charity that focuses on preventative mental health education. (The work they are doing in Irish public schools is something that can, hopefully, be replicated on a global scale.)
So, this year, instead of cards or presents, I’d be so grateful if you made a donation to this fundraiser...and helping me reach my goal of raising €1000 before my birthday on June 14th.
