We're lacing up for A Lust for Life!
Throughout October, myself and my sister Róisín will be lacing up and walking 150km to raise vital funds to support A Lust For Life’s youth mental health education programmes.We’ve chosen to do this because we believe that mental health education is a right, not a privilege and that every young person deserves the tools to mind their mental health and build resilience for life. The funds we raise will go directly towards empowering the next generation to look after themselves and each other.
It won’t be easy, but every kilometre and every donation will make a real difference.
