A Lust for Life is working to change that by giving every young person the tools they need to look after their mental health, before a crisis hits. Listen, we know December can feel like a mad rush. That’s why this year, we’re inviting you to take a breath, slow things down, and join us for 12 Days of Festive Wellbeing, running from 8th–19th December. It’s simple: for 12 days, you’ll take part in small, meaningful daily actions that support your own wellbeing- little things that make a big difference. And on the final day, you’ll join people across Ireland in coming together to fundraise for A Lust for Life, helping us continue our work supporting children’s mental health.

Lace Up for A Lust for Life: 150km in October 🚴‍♀️🏃‍♂️🚶‍♀️ This October, we’re calling on our tribe to Rise Up and Lace Up for youth mental health! Take on 150km your way - walk, run, jog, or cycle - every kilometre you move brings us closer to a world where every young person in Ireland has the tools to look after their own minds. When you sign up, you’ll get a free fundraising pack, complete with your Rise Up wristband – a badge of belonging to the tribe changing the future for the next generation. You’ll be able to track your progress on your fundraising page, connect with Strava, and cheer each other on as we clock up the kilometres together. We’re asking you to raise a minimum of €150 (that’s €1 for every kilometre) which will go directly into creating life-changing mental health education for schools across Ireland. This is more than just a challenge. It’s about joining the tribe, moving together, and making a real difference. On May 1st, pupils come to school dressed as the person they dream of becoming. Astronauts, gardeners, bakers, builders, scientists, activists and authors all learning side-by-side.
