I'm braving the wave for A Lust for Life!

I’ve signed up to jump into Ireland’s icy cold waters to raise vital funds for A Lust for Life - a charity providing free mental health education to thousands of children and young people across the country.

Your support will help A Lust for Life reach even more schools, giving children and young people the tools to understand their emotions, build resilience, and look after their mental wellbeing.
