Rise up and run for youth mental health
Ready to rise up and RUN? I’m planning an event to raise funds for youth mental health – something full of craic. A Lust for Life is working hard to give every child in Ireland the skills to look after their mental health from an early age. They’ve already empowered nearly half of primary school children – let’s help them reach the rest.

On Saturday the 6th September, we will run a 5km around Kiskeam village.
Sign up for the organised 5km event or complete your 5km anytime, anywhere - it's up to you!
Need a little help getting started? Email katelyn@katelynbrosnanfitness.com for a free 5km training plan to guide you every step of the way. You can also join group training runs every Wednesday at 6:30pm. Don't forget to share this with your friends! Every donation counts.
