Who are you running for?
Maybe it’s your child. Your niece or nephew. A student who keeps you on your toes. A young person who reminds you what really matters. Or maybe it’s simply for the next generation growing up in a world that can feel a bit heavy at times.
My Grown Up’s Run is a 5km for the future. It’s about showing up in a way that young people can see and feel. Studies show that having one positive grown up in their life can change a child's tracjectory for the better.
You choose a child in your life and run on their behalf, letting them know they’ve got someone in their corner.
Taking place on 30th May at 2:30pm in Morton Stadium, this is a chance to come together, run, and do something simple that will change the future of youth mental health.
Every step you take helps raise vital funds for A Lust for Life’s work in schools across Ireland, supporting young people to build resilience, understand their emotions, and feel more equipped to handle life’s ups and downs.
This isn't about pace, and it's not about performance. My Grown Up's Run is about presence and showing young people you care.
So pick your young person. Write their name on your bib. And run knowing that you're helping brighten their future.
