What is the challenge?
The challenge is to hold a Christmas Jumper Day with a mindful moment to share with your friends, colleagues, team mates, or family. 

How do I get my event pack?
We send out digital packs to reduce costs to the charity and the environment. The pack will include A Lust For Life posters and logos so that you can decorate your event. If you require extra materials, please email support@alustforlife.com.

Can I donate instead of raising funds?
Absolutely, that is no problem. Once you register and your fundraising page is created, just make a self donation on your page. We suggest a minimum of €2 per participant.

Is this an individual challenge or can I do it with others?
Both! You can take on this challenge yourself, or share the fun with friends, family or colleagues. We recommend doing it with others to maximise the fun and the impact.
