This October, we’re calling on people across Ireland to join our tribe, Rise Up and Lace Up for A Lust for Life! Take on 150km your way - walk, run, jog, cycle, or swim -  every kilometre you move brings us closer to a world where every young person in Ireland has the tools to look after their own minds.

When you sign up, you’ll get a free fundraising pack, complete with your Rise Up wristband - a badge of belonging to the tribe changing the future for the next generation.

You’ll be able to track your progress on your fundraising page, connect with your fitness app, and cheer each other on as we clock up the kilometres together.

We’re asking you to raise a minimum of €150 (that’s €1 for every kilometre) which will go directly into creating life-changing mental health education for schools across Ireland.

This is more than just a challenge. It’s about joining the tribe, moving together, and making sure every child has access to free mental health education. Lace up, show up, and let’s do this - for ourselves, for each other, and for the next generation.
