What is the challenge?
The challenge is to take a dip into the icy Irish waters during the month of December. The dip can take place in any body of water at any point in December - you decide!
How do I get my fundraising pack and Rise Up Wristband?
Your pack will be sent via post when you register for the challenge. If your pack hasn't arrived, please contact support@alustforlife.com.
Can I donate instead of raising funds?
Absolutely, that is no problem. Once you register and your fundraising page is created, just make a self donation on your page. If you decide not to fundraise, we would love you to donate the fundraising target of €125.
Is this an individual challenge or can I do it with others?
Both! You can take on this challenge yourself, or share the fun with friends, family or colleagues. After registering for the challenge, you will be asked if you want to set up a team or join a team. If you create a team, any other registrant will be able to view your team.
