Steps for rising up at school

Option 1: Teachers and students fundraise as a class

Note: With this option, you will not be able to see how much each individual teacher or student has fundraised.

Step 1: Sign up to create your School Fundraising Page. (Note: During registration you do not need to set up Team/Group fundraising.)

Step 2: Customise your School Page with a photo and your reason for choosing to raise funds for A Lust for Life. 

Step 3: Share the URL to your School Page with your teachers and studnets. They fundraise by sharing the School Page URL with their friends and families, asking them to donate to the school fundraiser. They can use these social share graphics and tools to make asking easier!

Step 4: Celebrate your successful fundraiser by sending a 'thank you' message to all of your teachers, students, and their supporters.

Option 2: Teachers and students raise money individually

Note: With this option, you will get a School page. Teachers and students will each have to sign up in order to get a personal fundraising page. Your School Page will show the total amount raised by everyone! 

Step 1: Sign up to create your Personal Fundraising Page and your School Fundraising Page. (Note: During registration you do need to set up Team/Group fundraising. That's how you'll create the School Fundraising Page.)

Step 2: Customise the School Page with a photo and your school's reason for choosing to raise funds for A Lust for Life. (You can also customise your personal fundraising page with your photo and personal reason for fundraising.)

Step 3: Share the URL of your School Page with your teachers and students. Those who want to donate, can donate directly to the School Page. Those who want to fundraise can create their own fundraising page via the "Join" button on the School Page.

Step 4: Everyone can start fundraising by sharing their personal fundraising page URLs with their personal networks. Use these social share graphics and tools to make asking easier! People will be able to donate via teacher and student's personal pages or via the team page. 

Step 5: Celebrate your successful fundraiser by encouraging teachers and students to send a 'thank you' message to all of their supporters.

Option 3: All-school challenge

Note: With this option, you will get a School page. On that page, each class group can form a team (group). Within those groups, teachers and students from those classes can sign up to create personal fundraising pages. Your School Page will show the total amount raised per class, as well as a total raised per teacher and student.

Step 1: Sign up to create your Personal Fundraising Page and your School Fundraising Page. (Note: During registration you do need to set up Group fundraising. That's how you'll create the School Fundraising Page.)

Step 2: Customise the School Page with a photo and your school's reason for choosing to raise funds for A Lust for Life. (You can also customise your Personal Fundraising Page with your photo and personal reason for fundraising.)

Step 3: Share the URL of your School Page with the teachers of your classes.

Step 4: Teachers will then click the "Join" button on the School Page to set up their Personal Fundraising Page and their Class Page. (Note: When they sign up, they must remember to set up Group fundraising so they can create a page for their class) 

Step 5: Teachers send the Class Page URL to their students. 

Step 6: Studentsclick the "Join" button on the Class' Page to create their personal fundraising pages. 

Step 7:  Everyone fundraises by sharing their personal fundraising page URLs with their personal networks, asking them to donate. They can use these social share graphics and tools to make asking easier!

Step 8: Celebrate your successful fundraiser by encouraging your teachers and students to send a 'thank you' message to all of their supporters.
